Someone’s criminal history is revealed in his criminal record. This is what employers and leaders use to serve as the basis for them to trust a person or not. Different states vary in their content for such record. Some states only include in the record those cases in which the person was convicted of a particular crime while others include in their criminal records those other cases such as arrests, charges that were dismissed or are still pending, as well as those cases in which there’s acquittal of the person from the said crime.
